At Roivento, your satisfaction is our priority. We have designed our return process to be fair and transparent. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Return Authorization (RMA) Process

All returns must be approved in advance. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. After review, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to sender at your expense.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility Returns (change of mind, size, color preference, etc.): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Product Issue Returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect item): We will evaluate each case and may provide return shipping assistance or a replacement at our discretion.

Inspection Process

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt to verify condition and eligibility. We will notify you of the inspection result within 3 business days after receiving the package.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Due to varying bank processing times, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for the same or different items within 30 days, subject to availability. Return shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. No restocking fees will be charged for approved exchanges.

Holiday Extended Return Window

All purchases made in November and December qualify for an extended return window. You can return these items any day in January, giving you peace of mind when shopping early for gifts.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. We will evaluate and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, damaged by misuse, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for return or exchange.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if we notice unusual return activity that suggests wardrobing (buying items to use and then return). Repeated excessive returns may result in restricted future service.
