Thank you for shopping with Roivento. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 mainland states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. overseas territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.

Shipping Fee

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, product preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state regulations.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier service disruptions, severe weather, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
